At Shark Power Gear, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you need to return an item, our process is straightforward and customer-friendly. Please read the details below before sending anything back.

1. How to Start a Return

All returns must be approved before sending them back.

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if requesting a faulty/damaged return)

We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • All accessories, manuals, and parts must be returned

  • Proof of purchase is required

Products showing damage, assembly, or signs of use may not qualify for a full refund.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours.

Send:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Once assessed, we will arrange one of the following at no cost to you:

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Full refund

We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Faulty items

  • Items damaged on arrival

Unused, unwanted items can be returned for a refund but cannot be exchanged for another product or variation.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the item is NOT faulty:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Discounted collection may be available on request

If the item IS faulty or incorrect:

  • Return shipping is fully paid by Shark Power Gear

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Most refunds appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank

Shipping Fees

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Resistance bands

  • Exercise mats

  • Wearable fitness accessories

  • Custom-made or special-order items

Assembled or heavily used products may not be eligible for a refund.
