We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

If you require large or bulk shipments, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Dispatch Cut-Off & Processing Time

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT) on a working day are dispatched the same day.

Orders After 1 PM

Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or on weekends or public holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.

We process and ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

3. UK Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within:

Important Note

Some items may have larger packaging dimensions (volumetric weight).

5. Delivery Partners

  • Yodel

  • Pallet Force (for heavy palletised shipments)

Courier selection is automated based on parcel weight and destination.

6. Tracking & Delivery Updates

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update on the courier system.

If your order has not arrived within 4 business days after dispatch, please contact us for assistance.

7. Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery details are correct.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Missed courier attempts

Additional re-delivery or return charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours.
